For landscaping & hardscaping companies

Digital marketing built for landscapers and hardscapers

SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media, run by people who understand seasonality, service radius, crew capacity and what a signed patio job is actually worth. One industry. No generic agency playbook.

A written audit of your search visibility, site and ad accounts. No obligation, no lock-in, and we tell you when a channel is not worth your money.

What we take on

  • Design/build firms selling patios, walls, outdoor kitchens and full backyard builds
  • Maintenance companies moving upmarket into installation work
  • Multi-crew operators expanding into a second county or metro
  • Owners who want the phone to ring in February, not just May

One industry only

We do not take dentists, lawyers or ecommerce. Every keyword list, ad account and landing page we have built is for outdoor trades.

Booked jobs, not impressions

Reporting ties spend to quoted and signed work where your CRM allows it. Rankings are a means, not the deliverable.

You own everything

Domain, hosting, WordPress install, ad accounts, analytics and content stay in your name. Leaving costs you nothing but notice.

Built around the season

Budgets and content calendars move with your region: pre-season demand capture, in-season lead throttling, off-season authority work.

What we do

Five channels, run for one industry

Most companies do not need all five. We will tell you which two matter for your market and capacity before you spend on the rest.

SEO for landscapers and hardscapers

Rank for the job types you want in the counties you serve. Google Business Profile, service pages, location pages and the technical work underneath.

Website development

A fast WordPress site that shows the work, states the service area, and makes quoting easy. Built to be edited by you, not held hostage.

Google Ads

Demand capture for people already searching. Tight radius, negative keywords that kill tyre-kickers, and budgets that follow your season.

Meta Ads

Demand creation from your own project photography. Best for high-ticket design/build work with a long consideration window.

Social media marketing

Turning the work your crew already photographs into a reason to call you. Organic reach, referral proof and recruiting, in that order.

Not sure which?

The audit looks at your market, your current visibility and your crew capacity, then recommends the shortest path to more booked work.

Why outdoor trades are different

The four things a general agency gets wrong

Leads arrive when you are already full

Spend ramps in spring because that is when everyone spends, so you pay peak cost per click to fill a book that is already closed.

What changes: Budget and content shift to the eight weeks before your region breaks. Quotes go out while competitors are still writing ad copy, and in-season spend drops to whatever your crews can absorb.

The wrong jobs call

Mulch enquiries and mow quotes when the business needs $40,000 hardscape builds. Volume looks fine on a report and does nothing for the year.

What changes: Targeting is written around job value: the search terms, negative keywords, page copy and qualifying form questions all filter for the work you want. Fewer enquiries, higher close rate.

You rank where you do not work

Local visibility collapses a few miles outside the pin. A single home page cannot rank across a three-county service radius.

What changes: Service and location pages built only where you genuinely operate, each with real project references and local specifics. Written one at a time, never spun in bulk, because thin location pages get filtered out.

Nobody can prove what worked

Calls go to a mobile, quotes live in a notebook, and the monthly report counts sessions. So the honest answer to "did this pay" is nobody knows.

What changes: Call tracking, form routing and a lead source field in whatever you already use. Reporting starts at quoted and signed value and works backwards. If a channel cannot be measured, we say so instead of taking credit for it.

How we work

Audit, fix, capture, compound

In that order, and we will not skip step two to get you spending faster.

1

Growth audit

Your search visibility by county, your site against the ones outranking it, your ad accounts if they exist, and what your best job types are actually worth. Written, and yours whether or not you hire us.

2

Fix the foundation

Site speed, service pages, Google Business Profile, tracking and the quote path. Sending paid traffic to a site that does not convert is the most expensive mistake in this industry.

3

Capture demand

Google Ads on the terms that already convert, tuned to your radius and season. Fastest route to measurable enquiries while the organic work builds underneath it.

4

Compound it

Service and location pages, project content from your own photography, reviews and social. The part that lowers cost per lead every year you keep it up.

What we will and will not claim

Every number we publish comes from a client account we can screenshot, with the date range stated. Until a client approves theirs, this section stays honest about being empty.

Service areas

We work state by state, not everywhere at once

A page for your county only exists if we know that market: what the work costs there, which permits slow a build down, and who you are bidding against. We would rather have twenty honest pages than a thousand generated ones.

No state pages are published yet. Tell us your county and we will answer for it directly.

Questions

What owners ask before they call

How long before I see leads?

Google Ads can produce enquiries within days of the account being live, which is why it usually comes before SEO rather than after. Organic search is slower: expect movement in local rankings around month three and meaningful volume from month six, longer in a competitive metro. Anyone promising fast organic results for a service business is describing something else.

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?

No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings depend on competitors and an algorithm nobody outside Google controls, and lead volume depends on your market, your pricing and how fast you answer the phone. What we commit to is the scope of work, the reporting, and telling you early when something is not working.

We already have a website. Do we need a new one?

Often not. If the site is reasonably fast, editable and on a platform we can work with, fixing the service pages and conversion path is cheaper and quicker than a rebuild. The audit says which it is, with reasons. We would rather keep a site that works than sell a rebuild that does not need to happen.

Are we locked into a contract?

Build work is a fixed scope with a fixed price. Ongoing work runs month to month on notice. Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and content are registered in your name from day one, so leaving means changing a password, not rebuilding from nothing.

Do you work with maintenance-only companies?

Yes, though the economics are different. Mowing and maintenance have low job values and high price sensitivity, so paid search rarely pays on its own and the work leans toward local SEO, reviews and route density. If your goal is to move into installation work, say so early because that changes the whole plan.

What does the growth audit cost?

[AUDIT_PRICING_REQUIRED] Confirm whether the audit is free, paid, or credited against a first engagement, then replace this token. Do not leave it ambiguous on a page that asks people to request one.

Find out what your market is actually worth

A written growth audit: where you rank by county, what your site is losing at the quote step, and which one channel would move the needle first. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say that.
